SEOKJIN'S BROTHER'S RESTAURANT / 오쓰 세이로무시
SEOUL
About:
Many ARMYs would have heard of this particular Japanese restaurant, opened in 2018 by Seokjin's (Jin) brother and co-owned by Seokjin himself. What's unique in the food it offers is that it specialises in steamed dishes, cooked in wooden, square steamers right before you. The restaurant is named after its specialty dish, Seiromushi (세이로무시), which consists of a tray of meat on top and a tray of assorted vegetables below. It's a treat for the health conscious, but for those who aren't, I'll assure you it's nothing short of tasty and definitely worth a try!
Important:
Be prepared to queue for a table. You could perhaps arrive before the dinner crowd or consider a late dinner, but do be prepared to wait outside of the restaurant for a while.
Cost:
₩59,000 for Seiromushi (Medium);
₩79,000 for Seiromushi (Large)
Directions:
Take exit 1 at Songpanaru station (Line 9) walk along 오금로. Walk along this main road until you hit the second street, then turn left into 오금로16길. Walk straight (three streets down) and you will find the restaurant on your right.
